What you need to know about DTG printing on textiles

DTG (Direct-To-Garment) is a printing method where the design is printed directly onto the garment, like an inkjet printer but for fabric. It’s ideal for detailed, full-color designs in small quantities.

Before placing an order, please note:

• File format: vector file (PDF, AI, SVG) or high-quality PNG with a transparent background.

• Full-color printing: no color limits – great for illustrations, photos, and gradients.

• Suitable only for 100% cotton garments.

• Minimum quantity: from 1 piece.

• Production time: 3–7 business days after design approval and payment.

• Price: depends on print size and quantity.

DTG produces soft, wash-resistant prints with excellent detail. For dark fabrics, a white underbase is used, which may affect the cost.
